Thought I would take another day off from study so gamed basically all day. Played League of Legends for most of the day, actually won most of the games played. I showed my mate this inting Sion strategy (those familiar with the game will know what I’m talking about). Basically you just suicide into the tower repeatedly, all the while chipping away at the tower and once you die your passive kicks in and you keep hitting the tower. Eventually you get to a point where you are really tanky and can take towers before they kill you so they either have to send multiple people to the lane to stop you or lose towers (in our solo queue experience you are at the enemy inhib tower before they realise what you are doing). Fun tactic either way, there is a clip on YouTube for it and a guy got to diamond 5 doing this strategy.
Had another hit this afternoon. Was better than yesterday but still pretty average. Averaged a +2 every hole…still the way I was playing a few months ago that’s a big improvement. Just can’t get my driver sorted, my club head path isn’t right and the way I come through with my swing I keep closing the club head and hooking the fuck out of it. Probably going to give it a rest for the rest of the week and will have a hit again on Sunday and will hopefully play better. I find sometimes with golf at my level the more you play it the worse you get because I think I’m trying to change too much too quickly. Probably just need to focus on one thing per month or something. Either way something to work on through summer.
